EXCELLENT Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I receive this beautiful refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love this unit. White glass is beatuiful. Product is excellent, I love the 2 ICE options, small and large ICE options. Refrigerator is whisper quiet. The refillable water pitcher that has cold water 24/7 is amazing.

Very solid product

Flexibility and function

Wonderful Fridge

It looks so good in my kitchen and it is a conversation piece. I love the style and the beverage station is wonderful. Having the ice dispensed into trays so that there is two different sizes is amazing. Not only do I love it but so does my family.

Loving it!

Loving this refrigerator! Nice, well organized, big refrigerator and freezer. We love the easy access door to the water pitcher and soft drink shelves. Makes two sizes of ice too!

Great features, lots of space!

Disposable refrigerator

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

So much ice!!!

Convenient features, GREAT for staying organized

Dismal customer service

I am shocked that these Samsung refrigerators get good reviews! I bought one for my daughter and her family for Christmas 2023 and it stopped working within 3 weeks. Samsung sent a damaged part 5 times. This part is the main cooling panel for the refrigerator… so key to it functioning correctly. The repairman finally installed the last damaged part because Samsung claimed they would provide a return authorization if a service was completed.
