Please reduce height to 72" in future models

Excellent refrigerator but really bizarre decision to go with 73" height. Modern cabinets are usually built to 72". Please reduce height in future models!

Samsung BESPOKE Refrigerator

I've never run out ice, and I'm a real fan of the flex section that can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer......and it works! Being able to change out the door panels would allow for matching the appliance to any kitchen make over that may take ...

Love it so far

Awesome features, no complaints to far. I am rather tall so bending down to get the ice is all I can think of...

Great Features!!

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

I like almost everything about this refrigerator

to the point, the water pitcher has leaked ever since I got this fridge, I can not pour water out of it without dripping water everywhere, and that was one of the reasons I made this purchase. however, I do love the 2 different size ice cubes and so has every single person who has been here, I also like the the fact that I can use one side of the freezer as additional refrigerator space if I need to. would I buy it again, maybe, do I recommend, if the features appeal then yes.

Not fingerprint resistan

This is NOT fingerprint resistant at all! I swear I look at it gets prints on it. I love the fridge itself but it looks really bad with the fingerprint

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for a little over 2 months. It is performing nearly perfect. I love how bright the interior is lighted, the stainless steel is easy too clean, I like not having handles. The freezor is larger than I expected. I use both lower sections on freeze. The only thing I am not happy with are the ice baskets. The cubes freeze together and have to be broken apart or dumped and start over frequently. Over all I am pleased with...

Best purchase of 2024

Absolutely love this refrigerator. It’s spacious, functionally perfect, and the beverage center is amazing. The shelf space is abundant. Nothing I can say bad about this refrigerator.

Comes damaged and they don’t resolve it

First one same with a dent and freezer not working the second one came with a dent and delivery man promised 20% refund and still have not received that. They also did not send the hose kit or refund me for that.

Love this Fridge!

I love this refrigerator. The top doors make it easy to organize your stuff so it is easy to get to. That, and the flexibility of the bottom frig/freezer, makes staging things for harvesting or the holidays much easier. I like the ice maker better than I thought I would. The only thing so far that drives me nuts is that the frig/freezer door pocket shelves are less than two standard soda cans deep. That was a missed opportunity.

Great Flexibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love the versatility of the flex and the beverage center. Only thing I would change is in the fridge would be to have a bit of a lower shelf that could hold taller bottles.
