Disappointed tremendously!

The gentlemen arrived and as soon as he walked in my dog (who is locked up in an indestructible crate) started barking, he turned to walk out. I had to explain to him my dogs are locked up. After sitting the refrigerator in its place he says the hose isn't long enough (10' hose that was charged $17.99 with my refrigerator) but from the back of my refrigerator to the pipe is only 9.16'.) What a crappy service man we had today and now stuck with hooking it up ourselves. Let's not mention the scrat...

Snug fit with a little wiggle room

I liked the refrigerator very much! It is a good size for our home. I had to google instruction for working the ice maker, temperature ect.

I was chatting with assistance to find out what temperature I need to leave my refrigerator on when we go away for a few months. In addition, I needed some guidance and how to shut off the ice maker. All the answers to these two questions and more were available on the app.

An OK refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart refrigerator is OK but it makes occasional sounds that you have to get used to. Wish that the shelves were more adjustable so as to accommodate more of a variety of sizes of items to refrigerate. And this particular unit doesn't have a cold water dispenser.

Does NOT have an internal water filter.

Very disappointing that this Samsung model DOES NOT have an internal water filter. PROS: Counter depth yet very spacious; smooth doors and glass shelves easy to clean; freezer is deep and very well designed; electronic temp control easy to use; fridge itself easy to roll forwards/backwards. CONS: NO internal water filter; need to purchase/install an inline water filter for the icemaker; limited height adjustment for shelves, can only fit 2 gallon jugs (one at bottom of each door) as they do ...

poor customer service

purchased in March 2025. condenser fan motor went out December 18 2025 lost about $700 in food that was in it for a Christmas gathering. contacted Samsung about repairing it. scheduled repair services with the service center. no return calls appointments cancelled the day of appointments do not buy
