great except no door handles

I purchased this refrigerator because it was almost exactly the same as the one I had before (purchased in 2014). Its dimensions and features are exactly what I want and need (counter depth, french doors, freezer on the bottom). The only thing I really dislike is that this current model, unlike the previous one, does not have door handles. You have to open the doors by grooves on the top or bottom and this requires an inconvenient reach in either case. It's annoying, especially if you want thing...

Astoundingly Atrocious Customer Service

Product is fine but I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Frigidaire refrigerator I bought online from Lowes. The Frigidaire arrived on 9/13/25 but was defective. When the Samsung was delivered on 9/15/25, the delivery team removed the defective Frigidaire. Do not buy unless you never want to clean your fri

I wish I had never purchased this refrigerator! We've been using it since June and recently something spilled on the bottom shelf. It should have been easy to take out the shelf and clean. Not! After reviewing various YouTube videos and looking on the Samsung site itself we finally figured out how to get the shelf out but the glass does not come off so that you can clean under it! Counter depth, Energy star. It still shows fingerprints like crazy, and the self closing doors don’t.

Defective

Defective . Makes an extremely loud noise ever few hours.

We bought this one 3 years ago had moments of not freezing up enough or cold enough now completely not working at all

The width is not to deep. Also no cheese drawer

TERRIBLE fridge. Nothing but problems from the beginning, have been dealing with Samsung “customer care” for almost 3 months now. They do not care about their customers what so ever, I even had a rep LAUGH at the fact I said I had a special needs child. They do no honor they warranty, and will give you nothing but problems. I will be purchasing another branded refrigerator so I never have their products in my home again. GARBAGE.

Happy with purchase

Very cold, cooled quickly after install, It replaced my 40 yo freezer top, fridge bottom- my old back & hips couldn’t handle it anymore. This design is so convenient, lots of storage in the doors, love the freezer sliding drawer; learned to put my tea & common drinks in the R door-to open just one door. I don’t need a dispenser-ice maker works great, I keep it turned Off a good bit....

Looks are deceiving

The inside is too shallow. Fridge looks big but only in size externally.
