Efficient and great look

The only things you can do in the app are change the temperature of both the fridge and freezer and ensure the door is closed and it sends notifications if the door is open for a while. It cools well and has plenty of racks, but I wish it was a little more adjustable on the shelves. Perfect for a small apartment

Unbearable Fumes

I have been buying Samsung products since I lived in Seoul in the seventies and have always found them to be excellent until recently. Our refrigerator went out and because of prior great experience with the company, we bought this refrigerator. Soon as it was delivered and was hooked up before we put any food in it, we started smelling fumes that smelled like plastic. I went online and contacted Samsung. Very poor service. I Lise The French Doors

I really like the French Doors and how well it keeps things cold. I do wish I had more space. It is smaller than my old one and it is not easy to adjust the shelf locations. I have never had a freezer on the bottom. After having one for a few weeks I now know why. I don't care for that, but I have to get a new appliance ASAP and this one fit both the space and price.

Gets the job done

It does the job pretty good. The only thing I don’t like is that there is not enough space in between shelves to accommodate tall items. For example sodas, milk , creamer, etc.

This holds it all comfortably, everything is easy to reach and find, even after putting away groceries on shopping day. It's simple, without a lot of bells and whistles, which means fewer parts that can fail.
