Waste of money

Breaks down frequently, doesn’t find its way back to the charger. Motor broke several years after buying it. Now it shuts off as soon as it comes off the dock. Way too overpriced, don’t waste your money. Bad product. You are warned

Battery life sucks

Would Not Recommend

Horrible battery life and there is no longer anymore replacement batteries on the website. Doesn't make sense that you would charge so much for a product with a faulty battery and then not provide a replacement battery. In my opinion they should refund everyone's money that bought one of these horrible vacuums.

overpriced, will not last long

today, set it on its way to do light vacuuming and after about 5 min, we smelled a heavy electrical odor. checked on the unit, and its not hung up on any cords, rugs, etc. unit then shuts down completely-no indicator at all. reset on bottom, waited a min or so, and restarted. same result, moved about an inch, then shut down. maybe it wasn't fully charged-nope, full charge. restarted from base, moved out, did 180 and shut down. no walk in service anywhere near me, and 265 to send in to look at...
