Worst software I have ever seen

Terrible product unfortunately. The hardware is mediocre at best, but lots to be desired. The suction is excellent, but the battery life dies DRASTICALLY after only a few months - "normal" mode might last 30 minutes, so it has to take 5 passes just to clean 500 square feet (due to the horrible software). You can forget using "Turbo" mode for high pile carpet - sure it really cleans well but the battery will only last 15 minutes. The charging ports should be recessed instead of flush so they don'...

You might as well just throw your money away

you will be looking for non existent parts in a year if not months. The parts that break down the most, like the brush VCA-RPB71 POWERbot Combo Brush hasn't been in stock for a while and the CR team doesn't know when or if it will be available ever. The audacity of these folks to still sell this product knowing fully well that they don't have the parts is mind boggling. I have reached out to the CR team for help but no resolution offered. Expectations fell short

I purchased 2 of these vacuums in 2020. This is my first AI vacuum. I am a supporter of Samsung products but this one has fallen short. For the amount of money spent on this vacuum. It would be nice if there was a backup battery to maintain the time and settings. Whenever this vacuum is unable to find its docking station which is way more than I am happy with. Used it less than 5 times

This was bought for me as a gift in 2020. We moved and life happened and it sat in a box for two years. We got it out and it broke after using it less than 5 times. The robot couldn't find the charger, then the robot wouldn't leave the charging home and now the remote doesn't work. Customer service, of course, wouldn't help due to the warranty being expired. This gift was $300+ and very disappointing. Don't waste your money!

Failed product of Samsung

I had bought this product, but since i bought it, it has given me trouble and nothing else. At first, it hardly picked up dirt/ debris from the carpet. I even tried running it on high, but it only makes loud noise and does not pick up anything. It roams around in circle and does not cover certain area. It is supposed to learn areas over time and follow pattern, no result.

Good while it last I guess

I wanted to wait a sufficient time before adding my review. To have enough time to have fully tested and verified this vacuums benefits. I purchased this device in April 2021. do not buy. after a few months of usage, it became a hammer hitting everything on its way. very annoying. unable to find its way back to the charger

Poor Product

I used it for under a year and now it does not work anymore. it gives a C01 code

not impressed

the rollers keep coming of the vacuum. the vacuum keep getting stuck somehow. the vacuum can hardly pick up anything. i am constantly going behind it and Manually sweeping myself. really not impressed with the robot. considering getting another brand.

WHAT A WORKHORSE!

I picked up this little guy on December 4th, 2020 and it's April 15th, 2021. I cannot express how amazing it is to have the POWERbot in my home. I have a husky and it's just the nature of huskies to shed all day, everyday! Just Keeps Running!

After searching all of the available robotic vacumns and reading through reviews. I stumbled upon this gem! new powerbot 7065 platinum is much better than our previous cyclone vacuum. much quieter and more powerful suction plus transfers from tile flooring to carpet easily. thinking about buying another !!

POWERbot R7065 initial impressions

i ordered the powerbot r7065 to replace an aging roomba 675. i know that it is not an apple to apple comparison, but what a difference. for starters, it goes in a straight and in a methodical way across all the rooms in my first floor and the navigation seems to get better by the day. also, it does not bump hard against obstacles and is very graceful in avoiding them. it does sometime get caught between the dining chair leg. the battery seems last well over 90 mins so far. picks up dirt everyd...

Extremely Disappointed

I really wanted to like this unit, Samsung makes great stuff. This vacuum has no virtual walls and no way to block it from going out of the room and wandering off. When it does it can't find its way back and you have to go find it wherever it died. It came with a magnetic strip and no explanation in the owner's manual. I did try it. It doesn't work. Much better than other brands

Previously had a Roomba and returned it within a week. This is much better. Three suction levels, goes in straight lines and remembers where obstacles are. This one doesnt tend to get lost like the roomba did

Subpar

we have 2 australian shepherds, so we have a lot of fur around. this bot makes the claim to be good with pet hair (even though not the specific pet model). it does an ok job at that, but the collecting bin is way too small, fur gets wrapped around the beater bar, and the bars don’t last. additionally, the bar is never available for order online (thru samsung or elsewhere). the bar catches fur next to the bearing, which builds up and burns the plastic next to the bearing, ruining the bar. no mat...

It sucks and that's great!

this vacuum is awesome! we schedule it to run every night and it leaves the floor spotless. it reaches all the creases and crevices around the house perfectly fine. i couldn't be happier with such a great thing. finally no need to haul my dyson down the stairs once a week, i just let this do the vacuuming daily and its never been cleaner!

Its my Rosy! like from the Jetsons' family

Samsung 7065 powerbot vacuum

i had tuis powerbot 7065 less tuan 2 years-all of a sudden it realeases from tue dockimg station-lirches to the right and stops. it was a 500.00 purchase and now they want 169.00 to depot fix it. wow 225.00 per year is not a good value. thought samsung would be better than that. will avoid products in the futire.
