I have porcelain white tile floors and a dog. This vacuum is nothing short of amazing. An absolute must have for pet owners with hard floors. Setup was very simple. Definitely worth the investment. Love it!!!

All robot vacuums are garbage.
I have had this thing for probably a year and I can tell you, it's annoying as possible. Which feature works to specification? I have not been pleased with any robotic vacuum. There's too much more greed for anything to be nice these days. Profits matter more than anything. Cut quality, cut labor, cut anything just to make a quick buck.

The best product I’ve ever owned

Complete piece of crap. I hate this thing. I wish I would have never purchased. 1) It ignores "no-go" zones entirely. We routinely catch it stuck in places it shouldn't be in the first place. 2) It gets stuck regularly and dies. We often find it dead, mid-routine because it lost track of where it was. 3) Gets lost ALL the time. We're talking every few days.
