Impressive motion but no remote control

I am delighted to use this machine twice a week. Unfortunately, the Jet bot is not allowed SmartThing app which can remotely control it. I sent it out to Samsung service, but they diagnosed that the hardware was okay and returned it to me. SmartThings team also failed to connect my Jet bot. Works great and looks great

Omg

This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life I have to have a clean house and this thing can go and go and clean and clean and sweet and Sweet and it picks up dog hair I mean it's amazing because underneath beds underneath dressers. I think every house needs to have one of these I think it needs to be a law I would so totally go door to door and sell these things to everybody

Very cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Jet Bot. I have only had it for a month so I'm hoping it will last. My only dislikes are that the bin fir dirt is really small so needs to be emptied often.

Powerful, useful machine with some mapping caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is powerful. Really cleans. A bit noisy, which is expected. Easy to clean. The biggest caveat is that the mapping is very scattered and tends to clean the same spot many times while missing some other entirely. Would be great if it can be solved via software update.

Great vacuum!

Great little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been few months since I bought this. The vacuum has great set of features for the price range. No go zones, controlling via smartthings is awesome. I scheduled the robot to automatically start cleaning when everyone leaves the house. I wish there are more fine tuned controls available during regular nightly schedule. For eg, there's no option to select rooms when you set schedule.

Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been impressed that the vacuum can detect drop off like stairs. The only drawback was that when we moved the vacuum charging station from the kitchen to the family room, the vacuum seemed to miss cleaning the kitchen.

Great Robot Vacuum Cleaner with room to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum cleaner about 3 months back and I am highly satisfied with it. It detects obstacles very well and does not fall over the stairs which is really good. Few things I would say Samsung can improve: 1. The return to home station is great when it is on hardwood. When it is on the carpet, it struggles a little bit to get over the bump and stabilize. 2. When it is first run, it scans and creates a map of the floor and it is great...

Dubts shattered by a brilliant performer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This our first robot and we had doubts about its capability of picking up after our medium shedding dog. We were wrong. It performs amazing and is in use almost daily. We named it Thor and it deserves the name. Because of good performance and price, we bought a second unit for upstairs. Because of the tricky layout and still doing a good job we call it Loki.

3 weeks use

Jet Bot vs iRoomba

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few years ago we bought the latest and greatest most expensive at that time iRoomba vacuum robot. I work from home, have allergic child and very furry puppy. Needless to say - I need a clean house! Only after purchasing Samsung Jet Bot I realized how wonderful it is to have a real robot vacuuming for you. No need to chase it around the house nor keep looking to where it’s stuck and constantly cleaning it’s bin (small!) filters and rollers. ...

Cleans like a Gem

Horrible on low pile area rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum does a nice job on bare floors, but does a horrible job on low pile area rugs. It barely picks anything up on our area rugs such as dog hair or smaller debris likely due to the fluffy roller brush which seems to work better on our wood floors. The LIDAR is fine, but I do notice that it has issues around certain objects like chair legs or items lower than the sensor area. The Clean Station is a big plus as I don't have to clean u...
