we received our jet bot+ the end of february in anticipation of getting new lvp flooring. once the flooring was installed, the vacuum mapped our open floorplan 1st floor and ran as scheduled for a couple of weeks. now it just keeps saying "the lidar sensor needs to be reset. turn the power off then on again. if that doesn't work, contact customer service. unfortunately the only solution they had was to pack the whole thing up and ship it to samsung to get fixed and then shipped back (minimum 3...

Great product

Great product

Vacuum does a great job cleaning, but probably the best feature is the mapping that allows us to keep the dock station in the laundry room. Occasionally the vacuum still gets lost and can't find its way home, but most of the time it returns to the station in the laundry room with no problems. Like the clean station too, saving from having to empty the cleaning bin every day. Now once-a-week clean and maintain.

Best robot vaccuum I've used so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung always delivers the best electronics. This robot vaccuum is the best so far compare to my other brand eufy and shark by far. It scans the entire house accurately and the cleaning power is great. The battery easily last hours of cleaning but the cleaning station makes it even better. It has a bagged system which is great for people with allergies with dust and mites. Highly recommended for Samsung fans!

Great Features

The robot vacuum works better than some others that I've seen. The cord/rug sensors only seem to work some of the time, so there is room for growth there. Cliff Sensors Won't Allow for Black Rugs

The problem with this vacuum is the same as the problem with my powerbot- I have rugs with black patterns on them and the cliff sensors jet on the bottom of the jet but think that the black patterns on my rug are cliffs or the top of a set of stairs. It won't clean them- It just stops. I guess I'll have to do the same thing I did with the power bot and put black tape over the cliff sensors so it cleans my rugs with the black patterns. Unfortunately this machine shows five cliff sensors. So am I ...

Edge Sensors Think Black Rugs Are An Edge

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing.. the problem with this machine is there are five edge sensors underneath. When I did on the power bot was cover up the edge sensors with black tape then it worked fine. so I guess I have to cover up all all fiv...

Clean station doesn't work

The clean station is a waste of space. I bought it in December and not once has the bin emptied into the station. I have to do it myself. What's the point?

Samsung robot vacuum

For 1650 sq ft 3 bedrooms ,livingroom ,den,kitchen This robot goes to work. And if you really want to see the suction and power after it unloads we check the bag it really collect alot of dust hair and Lent.

poor navigation

really poor navigation constantly misses rooms and areas that my old vacuum had no issues navigating, such a shame good piece of hardware let down by software

Terrible navigation

Actual robot and base are nice piece of hardware but mapping and ability to navigate house are really bad it constantly misses areas and rooms. Our house is open plan with pretty minimal furniture yet still it cant clean a room with anything more then a chair in it. This is one of the better runs! often it skips rooms all together. if you look at the attached image it missed all of room3 (despite crossing it multiple times) most of room9 , half of room 2 and big piece of room 6. there is nothin...

Great vaccum
