Unreliable - leaks water just over a year

Product installed June 2022 - started leaking just after warranty ended. Replace defective water tray housing where soap/bleach/fabric softener installs. Leaking again less in about 3 years of use. Water does not drain from fabric softener section after load. Loud noise during spin like other reviews state so suspect broken weights as well. Matching dryer does not dry fully. Poor durabilty and replacements pars discontinued

Purchased just over 3 years ago. Within 6 months a counter balance weight fell off. After that was fixed, it worked pretty good until a couple months ago, just after my warranty expired, when it started to make a loud noise like a jet engine during the spin cycle. The bearings on the rear outer drum are already failing. I cannot find the just the bearings for this machine anywhere, only the entire rear outer drum assembly. Bad appliances.

Mine last 4 years and it’s broken. It needs a new assembly and harness. First, my Samsung dishwasher broke every year from the moment we bought it and lasted a total of 3 years before we threw it out and bought a cheap dishwasher that works way better than the Samsung. And, now, our Samsung washer is broken after 4 years. Samsung appliances are a waste of money. Don’t buy their appliances. They are not worth the money.

Worked for 3 years. DO NOT BUY.

Seems like Samsung has a product quality problem with this washer. 3 years after purchase we have now encountered the same issue as other customers, a broken washer that knocked itself off balance and broke the internal arm holding the drum. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

Busted after 2 years - Assurant will not fix

The washer completely busted after 2 years. We purchased an extended warranty and had a technician come out to fix it. The tech could not fix it. I later received a bogus email from Assurant (Lowe's Warranty department), stating that they will not fix nor replace the washer due to overloading. Abosulte bogus claim. I had 3 items in the washer, and it was at half capacity. Lowe's could not help me, and I am still trying to reach someone at the warranty department to dispute the claim. Never will ...

Great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes come out nice and clean. Able to wash extra large comforters. Can wifi connect via the smart things app to get notifies about the wash status. The black finish is very sleek looking, and the modern features are great! It remembers your regular settings, and there are many setting for various types of wash. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Wast of money

Do not buy these ! I bought one and had to replace it a year later because a rod in it broke My daughter also bought one at the same time I did and she had to replace hers 2 years later.

Washer lasted less than 3 years without major issues and repairs needed. Faulty washer bearing and outer drum replacement needed at a cost essentially the same as replacing the unit. Samsung customer support was unhelpful and difficult to work with in finding any type of resolution in the process.

Do not recommend

Washing machine lasted 3 years. Counter weight broke clean off the drum housing.

Faulty Product

Started having issues within a few months of using it. Had customer service send someone out to fix it but then after the one warranty is up, then the really bad issues began! Leaks and Heavy loads do not wash properly which is not typical for this brand.

Great features

One of the best wash machines I've had. Even alerts your phone when it's done.

A Bust

I bought this in June 2021. It was working beautifully, but now it has stopped working (March 2023). First, I was getting the "check drain filter" error constantly in one load. There was nothing in the drain filter. Hoses were clear and without kinks. Latet, it shuts off, child lock engaged, and it won't power on. So now I can't turn on the washing machine nor can I open the door. I performed all diagnostics (unplugged, checked circuit breaker, etc) and it still does not power on nor disengag...

this is the worst washer I ever purchased. it started to leaking water on 2nd day of usage. called warranty and they sent out some technician, then I was told that this is a common problem for this model.

This washer is deafening within 1 1/2 year

This washer is literally louder than a jet engine taking off. I purchased a "Lowes protection plan" and am unable to access my plan and no store representative has been helpful. My washer is completely unusable and have nothing to show for it. Thanks Lowes

worst washer ever

after 6 months this machine started spinning like a airplane taking off, it was replaced by Samsung after 3 months and the machine that was replaced also after 6 months started spinning like and airplane taking off, Samsung Tech came and only the labor price was outrageous $550.00 , don't buy this machine you will regret it

I'm in love

Do NOT Buy

This has literally been the worst appliance I have ever owned. I have had multiple parts changed already and am still waiting, after 3 weeks, to have it fixed again. I find myself continually having to bring my dirty laundry to friends and families houses to have them washed.

THe Worst Experance Ever!!!!!

Machine is 6 months old Samsung has been out to repair it 3 times already !Now keep kicking my appointment down the road. been without a washer and no answer from Samsung or brands smart!! Every time you call its press 1 to 6 and kicked back to a virtual assistant !!! I will never purchase or recommend Samsung garbage again!!!
