Went on Line and viewed front loader washing machine looked at there show room listinfs and picked the one paid for it on line . was informed be diliverd the very next day if oked and they delivered and very nice gentleman removed yhe old and installed and tested and intruted me how to operated it.

The on off switch is easy to push by accident

This is my second Samsung front load washer. They’ve made some improvements since my last purchase a looong time ago. Significant noise reduction. More easily identifiable load type selections means fewer buttons to push snd decisions to make. I know these front loaders take a while, but the length of time taken per load in general is shorter and clothes are spotless. Repurchase

I brought this washer before along with the dryer. The washer went out, so I brought it again because it worked so well before and I didn’t have to worry about buying another dryer to match the new washer.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer does a good job washing my clothes. Even when I have a large amount to do, it handles it well. It is sleek and clean looking. The dial is easy to use. It is quite and does not seem to bounce or vibrate excessively.
