Only 5 years & Can Throw away!

Bought Nov. 2020. Washer tub bearing, seal kit, and shocks replaced Sept. 2023 (tub wobbles during spin cycle). July 2025 Rotor Hall Sensor replaced (because the wash cycle wouldn't complete) and I noticed the bearing had failed again - black grease seen around the back of the motor. Costs $370 for outer rear tub replacement (Outer Rear Tub #DC97-21594C). That's $610 in parts alone I would have to put into a washer that was $575 in 2020. Samsung is junk. Is fine at first

The seal for the door is impossible to keep mold free. I've tried everything. Even when I remove the mold the stains remain on the rubber. Washes as it should though.

Excellent Capacity, Quiet Operation, and Outstandi

Won't start

We got this washer, and it is barely ok. I didn't like how the door closed, it only had a delay end cycle, not delay start, which obviously, I can figure out. However, the hold to start is awful. I have held it, and come back to see that it hadn't started. So, I started holding it until the drum started to turn. Today, I held it, and that never happened, tried again, nothing, so not sure if it is defective, or if there is another way to get it to start without all this pain in the butt back ...

Very happy with this Samsung washer so far. It cleans clothes really well, runs smoothly, and has been a huge upgrade from using our apartment complex laundry room. Delivery from Lowe’s was excellent. The delivery team had to bring both units (washer and dryer) up two flights of stairs and professionally install them stacked on top of each other, and they did a great job. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the whole process went smoothly.
