There are some very sharp parts on the back of you carry it in make sure you use gloves and tape down all edges my nephew cut the tip of his finger off bringing mine in so had a hospital trip

I am so happy with my purchase...I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for a great oven...

It just SEEMED so high quality... but it's NOT.

We bought this range from Lowe's in Late Oct. 2020. 3 months later, the oven became unreliable as it developed the same problem mentioned by others: the oven will not maintain temperature and emits an overwhelming odor of gas. I thought the house was going to blow up! Fortunately, the odor was mainly the indicator smell released due to incomplete combustion according to our propane company. Then, we called Samsung... they're unable to service the range due to a lack of authorized service centers...

Sleek design

It is NOT finger print resistant. Any place you touch leaves a print. Manual could be much better at explaining the usage . The the hell is Sabbath setting for?

Oven temperature is much lower than indicated on stove. Have not verified temperature, but probably in excess of 25 degrees low. Still guessing at setting correct temperature or extending baking time to achieve proper results. Have not used self-cleaning oven, but everything other than oven temperature is good.

Great Range!

We are very pleased so far with our new Samsung range. We like burner set up, probably won’t use the skillet but will see. We’ve only used the oven a couple of times. It is very large. Time and use will give us a better sense. Controls are straight forward.

Design issues

They change model numbers to keep you confused. Mine is. NX58H5650, looks like this, bought at Lowes. Knobs look quality but made of cheap pot metal. They break easily 35 bucks each. Burners hard to clean, get chalky white substance. One burner could never be adjusted correctly. Other burners really dont adjust. Basically they are high and low. Not much in between. We did propane conversion. Pretty difficult to do. All in all just not a friendly product.

It has all features we were looking for and is easy to use.

Love my new stove.

I did go to the local lowes store to buy a stove. The model I wanted was not in stock and they said they could not order it for me. I went home and ordered it online. I got my item shipped within two weeks on a saturday. It was sent to my local store who did deliver it. I could not understand why i could not purchase it at the store when i was there. All the electronics are great but the turn off button is in red and hard to find. All the other electronics are white on the black background. I h...

New stove

I love it. The only bad thing is where my gas line is for my stove I can only put it in one place which is not where I had my old stove. My old stove had the gas hook up on the upper area on the back and the new one has it on the opposite side on the lower part of the stove. The longest gas line I could find was 4 ft. I needed about a six foot. Other than that I love the stove.
