Oven won’t heat 2 months after purchase

Oven will no longer heat at all less than 60 days after purchase. It will now take over 3 weeks to replace.

Not only is this a beautiful gas range but it is wonderful to cook with. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!! If you are looking for a gas range do yourself a favor and purchase this right away. You will be happy you did!!

Poor Quality Finish

I purchased this item less than two years ago and already the black stainless finish is coming off. I only ever use a soft microfiber cloth and warm water to clean. I purchased the 3 year protection plan from Lowes. They said its cosmetic and considered “normal wear and tear”. There is nothing normal about that. I also contacted samsung and was told that since its after the 12 month mark, theres no warranty. I was then asked to text the representative a picture. After reviewing the photo he said...

Love It

Finally got my dream stove. Everything I expected an more. The bake and roast convection is fantastic. Only issue was when I requested someone to install it through Lowes I received an outrageous quote. Want to thank there customer service person I spoke to about the quote he suggested I call my propane gas company to install it. Which I did and haven't been billed. My only improvement I would suggest is who Lowes recommends for instillation.

Love it so far!

So far I love everything about it. We are running it on propane. It was fairly easy to change out but detailed. The griddle works great but I let it warm up first. I love how huge the oven is and all my pans fit great!

As beautiful as it is functional.

The control knobs are large thus easy to grasp & operate. The electronic controls for the oven & timer are easy to read & operate. The dark gray burner grates seem the best for not showing burn marks or scrapes & this is practical. We would prefer the clock be larger so we can read it further away. We love this Samsung range and Lowes had a nice sale.

Totally garbage and a fire hazard in the house...

How would u feel if u are cooking for your kids and when finish the knob would not shut off the propane? I'll tell u that sucks! It happen within a few months when I first got it and now it happen again. To think I spent a lot of money buying "good" brand appliances and now I can't cook in my own house because the next appointment for repair is in 2 weeks!!! I really doubt I'll buy anything from this company again. And shame on Lowes for selling such a hazard to costumers.

Gas leak

Recieved product with gas leak inside of oven. Warrenty repair will not come out for another 5 days to come look at it. Bought a brand new oven and yet to be able to use it.

Pleased!

Very pleased. Heats alot hotter than my 20 year old stove. The oven heats up quickly and bakes very evenly.

Great range at a great price!

I have owned a Samsung microwave / convection oven for years and absolutely love it. So when we needed a new range in my mom's house I knew I wanted a Samsung. As luck would have it, Lowes had it on sale at a really great price I couldn't pass up. Received it a few days ago and got it set up. It is everything I was hoping for! Thank you Lowes! And thank you Samsung!

Oven doesn't maintain temperature

The range top is excellent, although I will note that the "griddle" is a bit useless. It fits on top of the burners instead of in place of the middle one, and doesn't heat to a sizzle unless you turn the burner to high, then it burns in spots. Good value for the money

i have had this stove for a day. it is very easy to use. there was very little smell from burn off when first used. this range replaced a 17 year old gas range that the oven stopped working. given the shortage of ranges in the area, i was surprised i was able to get this range. the price was very good. it has features that other ranges in the price range do not have. like the convection feature. i'm hoping to get at least 20 years out of the range. the one draw back is a blue display. it's anno...
