control panel melted

FIrst time used self cleaning the control panel melted and now the electronics dont work. Samsung appliances look good but thats it

Fantastic

I had this stove in AZ but had to leave it when we moved. I am a cook and baker and have never used a stove like this one. Its large inside, is pretty to look at,easy to use and functions great. I love the convection oven. It really does bake faster and no hot spots. I will own this stove for ever.

Add another $250 to cost for replacement knobs

Bought this about 5 years ago, knobs started breaking in about 2 years. I am getting ready to replace the whole range now. Currently using with two non-functioning burners. Shame because it really is a nice looking appliance - but looks aren't everything!

Almost perfect

Super upgrade to my 25 year old oven. Love the range features and removable griddle. The only downside was not coming with a gas line adapter.

So Far So Good

We have only had this range for a week but have used all the burners and oven roasting setting and everything has been great. The only problem we have found (and had read in the reviews) is that the heat on the simmer burner doesn't go quite low enough. We haven't tried the instructions for adjusting the burner which seem fairly clear. But if that doesn't work, a diffuser should be fine (we use one on our gas stove in our RV). It would have been nice if the simmer adjustment had been done at the...

It cooks a lot faster and more evenly. You will want to cut your oven temp down 25 degrees less when cooking on convection, it doesn't do it automatically like some convection ovens do.

Love the stove

I love my new stove, it’s looks beautiful in my kitchen and the few things I have cooked so far came out great. Having said that the delivery of my stove wasn’t so great, it wasn’t delivered on the day it was supposed to be and I spent all of the next day trying to get someone to talk to me. After numerous call I finally talked to the manager of the store and got it resolved.

So Far,So Good

Have had the range for 2 weeks so I'm giving it 4 stars since I don't know how it will hold up. I'm on a learning curve with it ,my old stove was 16 yrs old and very basic. Range looks great and has plenty of features.Be aware that it is set up for natural gas so if you use propane it will have to be converted.The recommendation is to have it done professionally but if you can follow directions and have a little know how you could DIY.(we did)

Control panel malfunctions within 1 week of purchase...Samsung support worthless.... will not reset....returning for refund....

Ive had this range for a little over a year and the digital panel for the oven controls and clock went blank on it. Now I cant use the oven on a stove thats about 14 months old. My old whirlpool stove was 10 years old and still worked fine, I wish I kept it. After calling samsung i realized they have no interest in helping with the problem since its 2 months out of warranty. Ive spent 200 trying to repair the display to no evail. Im now looking for another stove so I can have an oven again. Goog...

Pretty okay

Over all a good product. May like to get a larger stove if you’re using larger pots or pans at one time. Can still get a bit crowded.

This product is awesome but not install!ation!

I bought the oven and microwave. The oven was free install but not the microwave. Thank goodness I had a friend do the install on microwave because the "free" install of the oven cost me because the Lowe's installers did not hook up my oven correctly! I could have only imagined if I paid to have them install my microwave what a demacial it would have been! I will not buy products that need to be installed from Lowe's again!

Nice stove

Very nice, our first gas appliance and we are still learning it. Center burner with griddle is a great touch. oven is full size.

This stove is amazing and wow it is quick to preheat and steady heat! Fantastic buy!

Love it

The Samsung stove is hardy, solid and comfortably interactive. My only objection is the 5th burner pan’s width which overlaps a bit of the other burners. The pan can easily be placed in oven if using more than one burner at a time. I truly think this purchase is the reason we’ve begun to revamp the entire kitchen.

wary of damage

I have this stove only because my original one quit working, and this one is damaged. I am having to wait for Lowe's to get another one in. I like the way it cooks, but I cannot enjoy all features. A top grate was broken, and the control panel is damaged. It also didn't come with any kind of user manual other than installation ones. I hope the undamaged one I get will have a manual for all the features on the appliance.

Glass turning brown

I was happy to finally buy a new oven but this model was a mistake. After 4 months in-between the glass (were I cannot reach) it has a dripping brown stain on the inside. Samsung says they will not do anything. This in NOT normal after so short of use. Something is not sealed. DO NOT BUY. Poor quality and poor customer service even with the extra Protection plan. Very sad.
