Price was not worth the time it was usable.

After only 4 years it appears the bearing are worn out and the cost to fix is just too much. My second Samsung washer and neither has lasted very long. We have been loyal Samsung customers for years and have lately been really disappointed in the brand. Have had 3 Samsung products (washer, TV, and a phone) that have had short lives in the last year.

Product not good

I did purchase this washer and dryer 2019 but it’s not working properly. Alway has issues. I did replace a part but after that’s another issue coming. I’m not recommending Thi’s Samsung

Parts not available, multiplle failures.

Bought in 2016. Rear bearings went out, are only replaceable as part of rear outer drum, which I'm told by many suppliers including Samsung themselves that is not available. This was an expensive model, and for Samsung to discontinue the most known part to fail (according to many web searches) is a bad thing for Samsung. Absolutely Terrible Appliances - Beware

This hands down has been the biggest rip off I have ever had as a washer. Bought with multiple other Samsung appliances with a bundle type package. Day 1 it had issues. The machine was acting like it was not balanced. I called the people who installed it and they came back out and re-leveled everything and it worked for about a week before it started banging the sides again. Severe mold, tray fails to drain, leaking door

This machine is dangerous!!!

It's my duty to warn potential shoppers of the danger of this machine. I purchased my home about a month ago and this washer was essentially new. We've used it without issues a few time but this morning, as I was completing a load of laundry, it blew up!!! I literally thought a bomb had exploded! Doesn't last

have had this machine for almost 4 years and would've considered it to be very good, however just this week the spin cycle became unbearable loud and the back bearing went out on it. repair cost doesn't even make it worthwhile. shouldn't have broken down so soon, especially with only about 3-4 loads a week. machine should last at least 7 years.

Didnt even last 6 months

so i got my washer got another samsung since i have never had mahor issues. but my protection plan would take care of it. this time i got it from costco and well it started to make a mess. we thougbt it was out 5 month olf great dane puppy. nope it was yhe washer peeing so hard it flooded our luandry room. so the front loading smaller door is fallinf apart the metal crasing around is breaking down. parts cant be found. to find a replacement for this unit is too expensive.

Terrible longevity

purchased less than 3 years ago and the main bearing is gone. to make matters worse, we called a technician to come diagnose and repair and he explained that this part is no longer available. so now i have to buy a completely new washing machine. very poor value for the price

DO NOT BUY - Will Leak in Under 2 Years

I bought this washer machine September 2018, thought I was doing myself a favor and going the expensive route. In under 2 years it now is leaking (July 2020) from the bottom and apparently the warranty is only for 1 year. How a $1,000 appliance can stop working so soon and not be covered by the manufacturer is beyond comprehension. I will never buy another Samsung product ever, and I will make sure to leave a 1 star rating on every website that sells this product.

Another failed washer!

i have only had this wash for 3 years small amount of loads each week. just started to have ub/u6 errors at the end of the cycle where it would not spin. had service take a look at it and bearings are leaking out the back. sure crazy that these things are not lasting long at all. i can't see my self spending money on something that seems to be happen to others.

Door boot seal got torn after just 18 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] disappointed that after just 18 months this washer was leaking and damaging my new floors because the boot seal was torn. it tore at a critical point, at the bottom that is continuously impacted by the flow of water as the machine runs. why is this part so flimsy and easily worn out for a machine that costs so much. so disappointed

Great Features, but Poor Performance

Do not recommend

this product is loud! the buttons work 1/2the time, you need to push them a handful of times to get them to register function. and just today after having it 1 year ot will no longer power on.

Extremely disappointed - DO NOT BUY THIS PAIR

I bought the washing machine / dryer pair. Within a year I had to have the belt and rollers replaced on the dryer because it froze up. After 2 years the washing machine started acting up.
