One complaint is the dryer, when in eco mode, very often doesn't fully dry the clothes. This is very not good when it's freezing outside and you pull your work clothes out of the dryer in the morning. The other complaint is the lint trap style is not my favorite. We purchased a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer bundle at the end of November 2025. Lowes assigned professional installers to come and install appliances at our new home, which they did last week of November, 2025. A month later, In the end of December we moved in to our new home, and tested out the new appliances and found out that it does not dry corre tky and steams up the entire laundry room. This was the easiest and most respectful process of ordering something from a company. From the in store experience of ordering to the delivery everyone was positive, polite, respectful, and very professional.
