Great Machine Until Broke Down

We purchased this unit during summer of 2011, replacing our perfectly working old top load dryer washer combo. Unit ran quieter and did a decent job of washing. With two toddlers on board, we enjoyed different settings it offered for different needs, including steam cycle to sanitize clothes or bedding as needed. Expensive Machine and an expensive repair.

After 6 yrs of light use the machine would no longer spin. I had to tear the entire machine apart to find the problem. The Flange Assembly had disintegrated. I think I'm just going to get another washing machine ....and not a Samsung. I'm really disappointed in this one.

Absolute Garbage.

This machine is terrible. Has known computer issues! It keeps repeating the spin, several times. Found out when I set a timer. Quick wash can take 3 times as long so you really have to watch the machine. I have to stop it when it goes to rinse, then change the cycle to the “rinse and spin” option. And even then it can get stuck on spin so I just end up taking out the clothes that are soaking wet and put them into the dryer. Great Washing Machine

The VRT function on this washer is great as it minimizes the vibration during the spin cycle, making it ideal for stacking and non-slab floors. It also does not get that mildew smell like other front loaders. There are also several pre-programmed cycles making it a breeze to use.

Poor quality

The door latch is on a piece of plastic and the quality is poor (the component needs to survive with force, and not surprisingly broke in less than 3 years), the Samsung support is not very helpful, without asking for a serial number, etc. they were able to tell me that I'm out of warranty and would have to pay for a repair. Fortunately I was able to replace it myself with a purchase of the latch component from Amazon. Will never buy another Samsung product again.

You Cannot Go Wrong With This Purchase

My husband bought this washer 05/21/2012 and it has been the best washer I have ever had. The washer can do what a dry cleaner store can do. I would recommend to anyone needing a front load washer.

Just OK

Not a super great setup. Everything is cheap and doesn't seem to clean very well even using HE soap. It works just not great.

I got clean clothes

I was not interested in buying a computerized washer, but the Boss said ohhhh yes we are getting one, so after buying it I am so surprised at the ease of use Samsung hit it out of the ball park....way to go Samsung

Terrible

I purchased this washer about a year ago and it worked fine up until about 2 months ago when it started leaking all over the floor. We called Samsung to have someone look at it and the guy they sent told us he's never worked on a Samsung washer. He was at our house from 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm and has to return again later this week. When he was there he flooded it and it took 10 towels to clean it all up. AVOID - not worth having to deal with terrible Samsung customer service.

I LOVE This Washer but....

I love this washing machine...it does a fantastic job cleaning the clothes, is super quiet and saves a bunch on my water bill compared to my old washer but a few helpful tips. The spin cycle, in my opinion, correlates to how big your load is. If you do not have a completely full load then DO NOT use the High spin, the smaller the load the lower the spin cycle. Our new Samsung Front Load Washer

My wife and I recently purchased a new Samsung WF350ANW/XAA front load washer and the corresponding dryer. Both are excellent machines. Our new washer has many user friendly features and is the most quiet washing machine we have everused. Our old washer used to shake all the dishes in the kitchen during the spin cycle. Love It !!!!

I Love my Samsung frontload washer. I waited for about a month before I wrote a review, just to see if it was anything I don't like about it. I still love it. At first It was taking long to finish a cycle but I learned that I can wash on quick wash which only takes about 38 min. mildew on front door rubber and odor

It washes great but it has this odor as if i left a wet piece of laundry in it. I keep the door open to dry but even after 3 days i still see water in between the rubber seal. It has spots like mildew and i guess that makes the odor. Even if the water dries out, the dirt that comes of the clothes gets trapped in that rubber and when you wipe it out it is disgusting. I have used front load washers in Europe for years and never had this issue. Better design of those pieces would make this product ...

The Red Washer That Packs a Cleaning Punch

So far we've had the washer two weeks and it cleans superbly. It is so quiet you don't even know it is on and it plays a sharp tune to tell you when the wash is complete. I adore the color and the various washing cycles. It is so easy to use and it seems to know what to do by itself!

Loving my new washer

I have had the WF350 ANW washer for 1 week now and am really liking it. The number of features/options is amazing. My only problem is trying to make my laundry loads big enough that it will spin well. The good part is that I am doing what used to be 6 or 7 loads in my old washer, in 3 loads now. The clothes seem very clean and they are almost dry when the cycle is finished. Now I need a bigger dryer!

Great value and great product

We recently bought this washer/dryer combination and the performance is amazing. The clothes are cleaner than they have ever been, the washer and dryer run so quietly you can hardly hear them even when the washer is at maximun spin and the design and features are the best available. Read a lot of reviews before buying this combo and some people complained about the clothes still being wet after the spin cycle but they are in fact so dry that the dryer takes little time in completing the drying. ...

Love it but the cycles are too long

Love this machine, it can handle heavy loads, gets everything clean and the machine itself is easy to take care of. BUT the wash cycles are soooooooo long.....just because it says 42 minutes for delicates, it is actually closer to an hour. That is my only complaint with this product.

Not what I had hoped for...

I was reminded to write a review on this washer now after hearing the alarm go off to let me know the washer can't balance itself and I have to try re-distributing the load. There's only a thin king size comforter in there so there's not much I can do. It consistantly has problems balancing loads which is quite frustrating. My old frigidaire front loader had no trouble at all. This one can't even wash a pillow without getting unbalanced and stopping. The only settings I use are "normal" or somet...
