I have had my washer repaired 3 times in the year I have had it. I will never buy a front loader again

Best washer I've ever had!!

My husband and I just purchased both the washer and dryer! The washer is super quite and works great. My daughter had blue food coloring on her pillow case and it brought the stain out!! It's amazing!!! My clothes are super clean and smell great!!! Love!!! There is nothing bad to say about this washer and dryer!!!! :)

we have only did about 10-15 loads in it and every thing works perfict,btw we bought the matching elect dryer. the color is called platinum but the front is stainless steel matches all our applliances, we havent had any bad smells or any other problems, these are very high end washer&dryer bought the extended warrt.the stainless steel braded hoses and the dryer has water hooked to it also for steem, so with all this and pedisals it was well over 3000.00. the pedistals are 500.00 for both but hav...

this washer is everything i could wish for

IT SO EASY TO OPERATE,WITH MULTIPLE WASH SELECTIONS,AND ITS AUTOMATIC SENSING DEVICES. IT IS VERY QUIET AND USES VERY LITTLE WATER. I WOULDE CERTAINLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A WASHER.

Samsung Front Load Washer

I was not interested in a front loader but decided to try one and kept hearing how good Samsung washers were. I have to admit that I am so glad I tried this washer. I loved it from the first load. It is so quiet, gets my clothes clean and they dry in no time. I love how the machine has the self cleaning Pure Cycle and rinses the detergent dispenser after every load. This is a great machine.

have only had this washer for 5 days but really like it. as features we were looking for plus a couple of extra ones. Very quiet. does'nt vibrate like most machines do. The steam feature is a nice plus feature, takes longer in "steam" mode but is a good feature.Controls display is bright and easy to read. Overall a very good machine.

I was scared to buy the front end loaders at first with all the bad rumors of a smell, not enough water, and gets off balance easy. My husband purchased these for a Christmas present and I love them!!!!!! I find myself standing in the wash room stairing at them haha. AND CLEANS, THIS THING CLEANS!!!! Installed on second floor, pro is low vibration. Not happy with the durability. Door lock busted 2 weeks after warranty expired.

Door latch broke

Door latch broke within 6 months of purchase. Took serviceman a week to come and look at washer. Takes a week to order part. without washer for two weeks and do not know if repair is covered by warranty.

Broken within 4 months

Purchased this item - door lock stopped working within the first 4 months . It took 3 days to get someone out to diagnose the problem and then another 10 days to get the part into stock. And add another 2 days to get that repair done. Resulting in 2 weeks without a washer - keep in mind it was brand new. If it continues to take that long to get parts, I will be asking for a replacement.

Awesome for a family of 5!

We purchased these machines from BestBuy and great deal. So far we do about 5 loads a week. The cycles are quiet and the spin speed is amazing. It does very well on the handmade items but was a little weak on some of my car repair clothes. Please use Refresh to get rid the smell because we were wondering what it was.

I have to admit deciding to purchase this machine was a long time coming! I am so happy we did though! It was well worth it and it will save us money over the years! Everything is clean and fresh! Discharge Hose Length

I am pleased with the washer overall, but need a longer discharge hose. Apparently Samsung does not make this part nor an extender kit. If you live in a house where the discharge drain is not conveniently placed or, as in my case, the washer and dryer placements need swapped due to how the doors are hinged, you are out of luck.

by far hands down the ultimate washer. Very heavy if you intend to install yourself.

Great washer

Excellent energy saving features and various cycle features to choose from. Cycles can be customized if you wish. Beginning of wash cycles are very quiet, but spin cycle vibrates more than expected on 2nd floor. Spin cycle is very fast, needs very secure base to be quieter. Make sure to level out washer well, it helps reduce vibration. Overall, quieter than older machines and worth the energy savings.

We purchased the washer dryer combo in July and have been extremely satisfied with our purchase. It is easy to use and so much more efficient. It's true what the salesman tells you about saving on your water bill. Not to mention the sewer bill.

Very nice!

Bought this washer along with the matching dryer about 6 months ago. It runs like a champ. There are more settings than I really need, but that's okay. The washer is quiet, which is very important since the laundry closet is close to our family living area. I have two design issues: a) the door is not reversible, and b) the bleach reservoir is hard to reach. But these are small issues compared to the price/performance value!
