Good but confusing

The washer and dryer are different than other models we have owned. The selections are a little confusing on which ones to select (ie whites, colored, etc...) they seem to be aimed at the fabic type verses the color and water temp. The washer all vibrates a little more that we were expecting. But we did put it on it pedestal which maybe making the difference (do not know).

Poor quality product

The day we received the washing machine, Samsung WF393BTPAWR, we noticed a crackling noise at the spin cycle. It is a great disappointment and not very pleased with the poor quality of the washer. We are returning it and ordering a new one. Not recommended!

Great Washer

Went From a Top Loader to a front loader. I have used other front loaders in the past and like them a little bit better as well. What I liked the most about this Washer is how much cleaner the clothes come out. Also having two young boys,5 & 6, I was constantly rewashing clothes to try to get stains out. Front Load Washer

I love our new washer. It Is efficient, quiet and gets clothes wonderfully clean. My son had a tomato stain on one of his white pullovers, I put it on the stain out cycle and it was gone! I am very impressed. It is a platinum color and matches our stainless steel appliances. Almost of our appliances and electronic devices are Samsung products.

Samsung 395 washer and dryer

Not able to review yet as they were just delivered today, but was very disappointed to read other reviews regarding the service received when owners had a problem. I bought a 5 year warranty on both and am wondering if others had a problem like this? I am considering cancelling my repair contract. Any one have positive things to say about this?

Pretty Good Washer

Was a little bit leery about buying a front load washer. You know how rumors are ,you can here anything out there if you just listen. Price was very reasonable. My old washer just died out. Broken after 8 months

Cleans great, runs fine. Not durable. Broken after 8 months. I should have bought a Maytag - at least those have a working life of 5 or 6 years.

Great Washer

This washer is awesome. It is so quiet that I have to sometimes go back and check to make sure that I started the washer and it washes very well. When it comes time to pull the clothes out and put them in the dryer they are pretty much already dry. This really helps with electricity costs with drying time in dryer.

This pair is more beautiful in our laundry room than it was on the floor at Lowes. It is such a good looking model and I love the quiet running of both of them. They get my clothes so clean and I am so happy that we went to Lowes and found this great set. And the men that delivered it were so polite and gracious, they were excellent representatives for Lowes.

I absolutely love doing laundry now! I am actually looking for things to wash! And everything I have washed has turned out so clean and fresh. I love the sanitize feature also.

Great Washer!

So pleased with my new washer! This is my 2nd front loading washer and I was hesitant to buy another after the trouble I had with the old one. The old one didn't drain well and began to smell and was very difficult to keep clean, especially the seal in the front. The Samsung, however, does not appear to have that problem (so far) and I have noticed much less water remaining around the seal after the cycle, probably because it spins out so well! It's a very quiet washer with minimal shaking/vibra...

Just delivered this machine this PM . ran 1 load through to test and it is so quiet and was extremely impressed how fast and smooth the spin cycle is ! We did a load of towels that had been in our old machine when it died , and the dryness of them coming out of this machine allowed them to take much less drying time. Am anxious to run another load to see how it does on jeans etc. The set up guys from Lowes were great and did a terrific job getting the machine in the house and hooked up and teste...

Wanting to Wash

Debated over front load due to cost. Read reports of high efficiency and lower water usage and decided to go for it. Appliance sale and low price ($5 more) for platinum made my decision a bit easier. Super quiet with nice options which are useful not frivolous (well maybe the steam option) make this a very nice washer.

Am I weird to love this washer?

Ok I know what you are thinking, get a life....I absolutely love this washer. Our clothes have never been cleaner. It is relatively quiet when running. Many features to include a very nice sounding alarm. I highly recommend this washing machine

Easy to operate

No need to wait to add bleach or fabric softner. Do it all when loading the clothes. Automatic dispenser takes care of it all.
