Great Washer

So far I am extremely happy with the washer. I really like the steam feature.

3.9 cu. ft. Large-size Capacity Front-Load Washer

Machine runs great and is very quiet. The only complaint I have is that the dispensing tray does not always empty out and some water remains in them until I open the tray. The the remaining water empties into the tub. The only other issue is having to wipe down the rubber gasket after each wash. Aside from those 2 issues, I really like the machine. Well worth the money.

We Love our Samsung Washer and Dryer

Yes...My Family Loves Our Samsung Washer and Dryer. We have no problems and we are getting Great Results. Even our friends comment on how well designed our Samsung Washer and Dryer Are. Works better than other brands when compared...that is why we chose Samsung washer and dryer and our friends are envious....they even want to bring over their dirty clothes and listen to the sound of clean...lol Thank You Samsung!

So far so good

This is our first Samsung washer and dryer. At times the clothes come out a bit more wrinkled than we hoped, but we're hoping as we use the various settings we'll be able to mitigate that issue. Thus far we would highly recommend both products.

First time front load user

I loved it at the store and I loved it when I got it set up at home. It gets my clothes so amazingly clean and soft. The only thing I am concerned about is the vibration. We have adjusted the bottom of the stand that came with it and I am still having problems with the vibration. I am also worried about it breaking down like in some of the reviews I've read. And it has already said an error code nf and nf1. Which means that it's not filling with water. I checked both the cold and hot water fauce...

this machine really works great-cleaner clothes noticed on the first load washed-uses less soap and does a really excellent job-- this review is from a very satisfied customer-had I known this washer was so much better than my other machine I might have wished the other machine quit working a lot sooner than it did.

I love this washer!

After looking at several brands and sizes we went with this washer. The color is vibrant, the wash is very quiet & my clothes feel so much nicer. Would recommend!

Great Washer!!

We have had this washer for only a few months, but would purchase it again if we have a chance. The design is superb and is very stylish. The washer has more features than we will ever use, but the functions we do use are flawless. It is very quiet, our laundry room has a door to the main living area and we do not even close it as it is so quiet. The direct drive motor is a proven design.

I really like the tub design. My clothes come out really soft without using softeners. And, I live in a hard water area, where I don't have a water softener in my system. So this is marvelous. Towels are fluffy.

Great product

This is my first samsung product and I am very pleased. I purchased the washer and dryer with pedestels and am thrilled I do not have to bend over to get the clothes out and that all my wash products are in a drawer and out of sight. The dryer is very fast at drying the clothes and makes a very cute chime when done. I would recommend this product!

Worth the $

Have had this a few days, so far so good---clothes look MUCH whiter/brighter and cleaner. I had an item with stains on it, a boy's comforter, and the marker stains came OUT. Would purchase again, also this is simple to use it's common sense mostly. The detergent cups are removable, nice feature. I paid cash for this, didn't want to rack up debt with buying the pedestal and from what I *have* read the pedestal is not high enough to accodomate the large bottled detergent. Samsung Front-Load Washer with steam feature

This washer is amazing, it has plenty of different cycles and options to wash just about anything you could imainge. I love the fact that the my cycle button will put all the settings for my most used washing. The steam feature is great for cleaning dress cloths. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new washers.

Awesome Washer

All I can say is WOW! What a nice washer. Just received this 2 days ago and have already ran probably 10 loads of laundry through it. This replaced an 11 year old Duet model that was on it's last leg. That old machine sounded like a freight train was coming through the house (2nd floor)when it was on the spin cycle. This new Samsung is so quiet that I had to check to make sure it was still on. No vibration in the house what so ever! Samsung designed this just right for 2nd floor use. Love it. Sh...

Love this Washer!

First let me say this is the best washer ive ever owned. Now let me tell you why: 1. Its quiet. Other reviewers werent kidding when they said at times they had to look closely to be sure it was running, except for the spin cycle, you can barely hear it.
