Does what is says it will do

I found that when I removed my toilet to replace the leaking flange that the concrete floor around the plumbing flange was not there for a third of the fitting. I went to Lowes and purchased this product. Within 30 minutes I had a complete slab. I waited overnight before finishing the flooring. The product worked well and does set in about 20 minutes. I miss calculated how much I needed so I quickly went out in the patio to add some needed concrete around the foundation.

Great product. Want a decent looking rough surface? Stroke a broom in one direction across top. Lightly of course.

I have used other brands for patching and I found that Sakete is far superior to other brands. It can be feather out to a fine edge.

Easy Peasy

I got sick of looking at the 3 wood steps going up to front porch. I used this, sifted out the few rocks and added a thin cover onto the wood. Sealed it,painted it,and so far its holding up really well. We'll see how long it lasts!

Cement patcher was the right size for my job, BUT

Had a lot to cracks in my driveway, some were 2+ inches deep many were only 1/2" wide. The only problem I had was the mix dried too fast (5 minutes or less) and had problems as I got half finihed with filing the cracks before the filler dried in the bucket. (Only mixed 1/2 a batch at a time). A 15 minute drying time would be better.

Worked great on a couple of large cracks in our drive way.

Perfect for small concrete repairs. Used to patch foundation prior to application of waterproofing. Mix small batches and be ready to work fast. Set time is quick!

Good Quality

Needed to patch sidewalk, the job was done quick and the concrete set up faster than I expected. Wish I would had purchased more, may have to get some more in the future.

10 Cup Coffee Pot for a 20 Pound Bucket

The garage floor at my new house is hideous, to say the least. There are spots that are up to an inch deep missing. I used this patch and it worked perfectly to fill in the gaps. I swept the floor, then shop vacuumed the floor, then pressure washed the floor since it needed to be wet anyway. They say to use in 5 minutes, and they aren't kidding. Used to set 6" square area drain in patio walk. Works well, mixes to pourable consistency without loss of durability. Work fast, have everything setup prior to mixing.

Excellent product

I am using Cement Patcher to fill the joints between a limestone foundation - this product is easy to work with and dries fast. My past experience is that is holds up over a long period of time.
