I wouldn’t know what the carpet is like. They backed out 1 hour before they were suppose to arrive. My husband drove 4.5 hours and called them the day before to make sure they were still installing the carpet.

When the installer came he couldn’t do the job, he didn’t bring the tackless, he had no tool with him, he needed a helper, so he left for 2 hours, he complained that one wall wasn’t square. When he did return, he borrowed tools from my handyman to install the molding. What installer goes on a job without tools? The finished product was done well!
