Would RecommendThe feel of the carpet is fantastic. The padding makes it feel like you are walking on a cloud. The carpet installers were wonderful. Arrived on time. They were very efficient in getting out the old carpet and installing the new one in a very timely manner. Also, very polite and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with everything.

Would Not RecommendWhen purchasing i was charged 2x for the capet. And oddly Lowes can not find the 2nd charge, even though my bank statement and bank manager says other wise. Lowes blew me off and said " turn in a dispute to your bank". WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!

Would Not RecommendProduct received much lower quality than represented for sale. In store large sample and multiple 8x8 retail samples purchased have much higher density/quality than product received/installed. Purchased this particular carpet for install over competitors based on specifications and quality of retail product sample.
