When carpet arrived at my home, it was not the carpet we picked out. We would not accept it. They keep arguing that that is what I chose and it’s not. Told us they would get back to us in 48 hrs. Still hav3 not heard from them. This was not a small purchase for 1 room,this was for my whole house. I am not accepting it just because someone made a mistake. I have to look at it everyday. Either the need to reorder what I chose or refund our money and I will go elsewhere. Always liked Lowe’s until ...
