Not very resilient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The carpet was installed less than 1 year ago and the high traffic areas are already appearing worn despite weekly vacuuming. In addition, the areas where my dog had urinated are staining. I am hoping that when I have professional cleaning done after 18 months, the carpet will be much improved, but unfortunately, with regular cleaning, it does not seem clean very well.

Easy upkeep

Although it is the lightest in color we have ever had, it is by far the easiest to keep clean. The few spots have been easy to do a spot cleaning. Delivered carpet inferior to in-store samples.

Stains like crazy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this carpet for about 6 months. Anything that hits it stains it! Wood furniture legs, dog urine all leave stains that cannot be removed even with immediate cleaning. I tried suggested vinegar, soap and Stainmaster carpet cleaner and nothing worked. Already thinking of replacing.

Loving Barefootin'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the carpet in September 2019. The new carpet and padding are so much thicker than the old stuff we had. I could not walk barefooted on the old carpet, but I sure can on this new carpet, and I really like it. The color matches our new furniture extremely well. The carpet is so easy to vacuum and clean. This has been a GREAT upgrade to our home.

Cozy!

We selected this flooring for the look, and were surprised by the softness and cozy feel! It feels so nice underfoot, and has been put to the ultimate test by our 2 puppies. It cleans up like a dream! Love!
