[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for the salon of a yacht. (Not a boat). Wine was spilled and the stain could not be removed. The claim was denied because it was a boat. Also you need to use their exact procedure to try to remove the stain or the warranted is void. When you have a spill the first thing that comes to mind is clean it up NOT go online and see what you need to do to make sure you get what you paid for!!!

Smells don’t stay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had pet accidents. Although not all get caught immediately, when discovered and cleaned, no smell stays. It’s helped to clean the odor from the old carpet.

Not as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carpet bought last fall and just installed 2 months ago as there was a delay in shipping. Is not as durable as previously purchased stain master carpet, cheap quality even though expensive. VERY disappointing!

Room lightening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have large living room and this carpet seems to make room brighter. The downside to this carpet is it shows all foot traffic and vacuum cleaner lines. Not pleased with that.

Stainmaster Carpet on staircase in new home

Is good for dogs

I was so pleased with the Stainmaster carpet that I put the same carpet on the upper floor of the house last year. We have 6 grandchildren who visit often. So squishy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Stainmaster PetProtect Concord-Mystical Charm and put the Stainmaster Elite Foam Pad under it and it has been on the softest carpets I have ever walked on. It’s been on of the best carpets I have ever gotten. My kids fall asleep on it when they are ready for their naps

Walking on a cloud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife talked me into purchasing this carpet. A bit more expensive however worth every penny. It replaced one we had for some time . The difference between the two is like night and day. It is so plush and comfortable. We could sleep on it. Our son's dog loves it as well. Plus, it is worry free with the extensive warranty provided by Stainmaster. One of the our best purchases we ever made.

Great carpet

The carpet is so smooth and the installation took 2 days because we had snow storm that week. But that didn't stop the installer to finish up the project. Overall everything went great and they cleaned up the jobsite real well.

Main reason for this is builder puts in 25 oz low grade carpet in all new homes and that is the experience people have with carpet. They think carpet is not going to perform. I have always liked the carpet and this is my 2nd purchase of stainmaster carpet in 20 years. One before was still as good but I changed is because it was old design and needed new. Not as pet friendly as I had hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the carpet installed in November and then unfortunately it had an imperfection from the manufacturer and had to be replaced. It looks great but unfortunately my older dog has thrown up on it twice and it takes about three tries to get the stain out and that’s using our professional carpet cleaner.

Glad I bought Pet Protect carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a spill recently, and it cleaned up nicely with the dish soap/water solution. I did order the Stainmaster pet cleaner and spot cleaner for the future as I'm sure we will have accidents! Our cat did vomit a bit and again, it cleaned up well. When we moved furniture to vaccuum, we were able to bring back the original appearance where the legs of the furniture made indents.

New Carpet
