This is NOT a good product

Simple coffee spills and pet stains won't come out even after professional cleaning. Strings from the design are ripping out all over the place.

Beautiful and easy clean.

Fetch Shoreline. Installed with high end stainmaster padding (yes, get it!) feels great on the feet. Readily shows indentations. One spill of coffee splatter - cleaned up easily. Con: Despite being a continuous loop, it shows plush shadowing - from a distance can give it a dirty look. Up close and rolling on carpet it is gorgeous.

Easy to care for even with pets!

Bought this product 8 months ago and have had a few spills on it. Cleaned right up leaving no trace of it. Per hard and other dirt vacuum right up.

It is so soft to walk on.

We bought this carpet about three months ago. It is such a welcome change from the berber we had for about 20 years. It is so soft to walk on. I can't tell you about pet stains since it is so new. But so far so good.

Great carpet

I am so happy that I bought this carpet. I purchased because of it many features it is also fade resistant and we have a lot of windows.

Great for traffic area!

Carpet is in sunroom with constant in and out traffic...dog, family, etc. Holding up beautifully!

Keeps my feet warm in the winter

Very Disappointed

I brought this carpet in March and I like it but I’m unhappy with a few issues. I had Stanley Steemer come out last week because I had stains from my dog that I couldn’t get out. They got it all out and sprayed the carpet with a scotch guard type spray to help with soils. Well my dog threw up and I can’t get the stain out with Stanley Steemer spray. I am very disappointed. And also my dog’s nails get catch in the loops and pulls them out. This carpet was not made for dogs like it suppose to be. ...

Nice carpet

It's been about six months since the carpet was installed. The feel of the carpet is great. I went with the deepest pile. I see footprints when people walk, which I do not mind at all. I wish it had come in 16 foot lengths rather than 12 foot so that the seem would have been in a better place for my home. The thing I dislike is that almost immediately I noticed dark "traffic" marks near the front door, even though I vacuum twice a week and have two doormats (one outside, one in the screened porc...

Awesome Carpet

I find Stainmaster's Pet Protect carpet to be awesome. Third time using it in my moves and have had great long lasting carpet with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. The Nylon66 fiber that it is made out of it extremely strong yarn so my carpet always looked new and I also didn't skimp on the cushion. No crushing, matting, stains, nothing. Tuftex style Stroll is my newest addition, have had it 3 years and it. Can't go wrong with Nylon they say and it's true.

Bought carpet 6 months ago. Very happy with it. Only problem is dog found an are to pee in and didn't find out for a while. Cleaned the heck out of that area with carpet cleaner and several stain/odor removers. Odor was easy to remove, but stains are noticeable with black light, but not without the black light. Rocco and Roxie stain remover seems to do a great job of removing stains. Carpet is easy to vacuum and seems durable. We like it.

Feels nice. Durability is AWFUL.

We had this carpet installed 8 months ago, replacing a cheaper berber carpet of a similar carpet installed 15 years prior. We thought we knew what we were getting into. Unfortunately, while this new carpet felt great to walk on, its durability has been awful. We get at least 1 snag per week somewhere on the carpet. This never happened with the prior carpet, so we asked if there was a manufacturing defect. After testing and inspections, the manufacturer concluded there was nothing wrong. So...

Issue with carpet, bare spot

I have had this carpeting for less than a year. Due to Covid-19 did not contact you because the store was close. I have a portion of my carpeting that showed up about 4 months ago in from of my couch, that is getting bare. Looks like a defect in the manufacturing. The threads of carpeting are missing and you can see the backing. Otherwise, the rest of my carpeting is just great.

Poorly put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the original carpet over one year ago and had to have it replaced a total of three times due to the poor quality of the material constantly pulling. While this last installment has proved to be significantly better than the first two we are now noticing small pulls starting in this one as well.

Love my stainmaster carpet

Pet safe carpet

Fantastic

We were told we would have to wait due to the fact that it came from CA. The wait was worth it. When I do my upstairs, you can be sure I will buy stainmaster again.
