Great for eliminating odors.

I purchased a house that had carpet throughout. The previous owners had a small dog that urinated everywhere. After removing all the carpet I used this to seal the subfloor before installing new laminate flooring. Completely elimanated all the odors. This also works well to seal torn drywall paper before mudding over it.

Helped but didnt fix the problem

I was attempting to paint a bathroom that has severe cigarette smoke damage. No matter how many layers of primer or paint, the yellow would leak through. After using this primer, the surface had these tiny little cracks everywhere. I didnt put it on too thick and I did two coats. The primer stinks quite a bit, for a long time. I put two coats of color on top but you could still see the cracks everywhere. The yellow never came back through but the cracks stuck behind. It worked but not really

Let it dry for more than 1 hour

It covers the wood color very well and a makes it a smooth surface to paint. The paint says you can paint after an hour but let Sit for atleast 4-6 hours it is good coverage for the next coat

Absolutely the best for adherence on every surface! Two coats and you have a hard, scratch-proof finish, ready for any paint you'd like to use. I used on an old piece of laminate furniture and was able to block the dark stains and provide a ready to paint surface. I will never use another type of primer regardless of what I'm painting!

BIN COVERS ALL!!

BIN saved the day! I was painting black cabinets white. Brown spots that could not be seen before appeared thru the primer. BIN covered what primer could not. Love this stuff!

Do not spend the extra money to buy this brand. It did not work and exuded an ammonia like smell for 5 days post application. When the ammonia smell dissipated, the original smoke smell returned. The product is incredibly thin and difficult to work with, would not recommend.
