I bought this to replace my old Roku stick, it took forever to load Disney+ , this works so much better! Great picture too. Love it.

Same quality as my more expensive ones.

I recieved my roku a week ago. It was real easy to set up and has worked flawlessly.

Won't hold a network connection

I bought a Roku Premier (3920R) shortly before Christmas, to go with our newest 4K television. The wireless connection abruptly stopped working two days ago. I reset every setting in the modem, router, and Roku device. NOTHING would get it to reliably reconnect and stay connected to our wireless network. All of the other Roku Express devices in our house continued to work fine, so I just assumed it was one faulty device, and bought another Premier (3920R) to replace it. I get it hooked up, ...

We have 5 TVs in the house they are all hooked up to Roku. We had a TCL TV with built in Roku it died the other day after 3 years I wouldnt buy a TCL Roku TV again.

Sound is sterrible.

Back ground "music" drowns out the dialog. What in the world makes you think this clatter is music. And it is NOT the tv's problem, or the net;s problem. Your devise is primitive compared to real hi fi that was available 50 years ago

Does not control TV power or volume.

Waste of money and will be returned. The remotes do not intuitively control the power or volume on the TV.

the one you sent me works great BUT the one I bought in late DEC 2019 over heated and quiet working it had the mic and sound buttons

Where are the numbers?

I just started using it... I have xfininty by Comcast so I am streaming live tv with my Roku... there are no numbers to push in channels... ugh

I got three rokus in my house and I think they are great.

Roku remote

We got this because we wanted to get rid of the fire stick because we had to use to remotes because fire stick doesn't have a volume. Turns out this roku doesn't have a volume control either so we are stuck using two remotes still.

Best One Yet

Bought this to add to one of our rooms. Love the features and the channels. It works better than using our Blu-ray players for streaming. Glad we can move it from one room to another when guess come over
