Great device

It’s the fourth one I have purchased they all work great. It’s worth getting the ultra model. I have the express and the premier as well and they work very well without a few bells and whistles.

Good value, simple operation

Does everything well EXCEPT it doesn't allow me to control TV volume. I have to have the original remote handy, ugh!

I don’t understand why my husband and my son have a Roku that controls turning the TV on and off and the volume up and down and my remote does not because of that I don’t like the Roku

Doesn’t work, can’t see my wifi from 25 feet away. when it does see it, just get the circle of death. Plugged my old (and now unsupported) Roku back in...works great, no issues...junk

Easy to install. I was missing my Netflix, Prime and Roku channels available on my smart TV's. I only wish the Roku remote had volume buttons.

I bought this so that I could listen to TV with earbuds through my phone. That works well, and the quality is great.

I have brought my third or forth roku for our two story house/we are pleased with it. I do not know when the next roku brand model will come out but I cannot wait to purchase it. Thank you Roku

I got this to update from the previous one I had. I use it for my parents. Simple and easy to use. Not difficult. The remote is still perfect. Not to many buttons to confuse anyone.

We are enjoying our new Roku Premiere!

So Far, we are enjoying our new Roku Premiere! Got it because our two other Roku's won't stream Disney+ programing! I appreciate the Netflix, HULU and ESPN Quick Access Buttons! Would be better with a couple Customizeable Quick Access Buttons. Two Remotes or the Voice Remote would be GREAT!

Functional

Easy set up, I like that they included a sticker pad to keep the device in place. It’s nice and small and looks good. The remote is disappointing. no tv controls for power or volume that are standard these days on other Roku remotes, also no plug in for headphones like all the other remotes have had.

Roku Premiere 4K

We own 4 Roku models, and the Premiere model 3920 is the fastest and the smallest. Our cable bill is a fraction of what it was. The Roku gives us level of flexibility we do not get with other devices. This allows us a wide assortment of entertainment in one place for the lowest cost. I live in a senior community and we are teaching others how entertainment should be in with Roku.

I bought this on Sunday April 5 and I’m so pleased at its performance just this morning my other Roku Stick went out will be purchasing a new one tomorrow
