This remote is my best friend.

Technology at its best, - wifi control, no need to aim to the tv or roku or worry about obstructions. You can do hands free with voice, and that lets you even find a lost remote. Lights up in the dark. Only thing missing is the audio jack for headset.

No headphone jack?

Using headphones on the original remote ate up the batteries fast. That's the reason I was interested in getting the rechargeable remote. The back lit buttons would have been an added bonus. So why not both Roku?

Removed private listening

Was going to update since the usb-c was added but i notice no private listening now? I’ll pass on the “upgrade “

Missing Headphone Jack

The last gen had a headphone jack, why doesnt the 2nd gen??? The only real reason why my parents like having a headphone jack is to have private listening for my dad who has bad hearing. The headphone jack saves everyone visiting my parents from hearing Fox News of all things from being blasted throughout the house.

Best Roku remote ever

I got it around Christmas time n I love it , I especially like how it makes my tv voice controlled

Ease of Use Remote!

I saw the remote being used on a tv show and decided to try. No issue, paired with my Roku tv without any issues and I will be buying another one.

Now I can find the buttons in the dark!

The main reason I bought this was so I could find the remote in bed in the dark. And now I can find the right buttons too!

Roku remote upgrade

Although it took several times to link up with a old SONY Bravia, it now works great. Of course the real advantage is the back lighting to use in the dark!! Also, looking forward to not replacing batteries.

Great features.

I’m 80, don’t see real well. Just speak and say find me a channel or story or movie I want to see. It takes me there without me having to get up to try to find it. Just sit say what I want and it pulls it up for me.

Replaced old ROKU remote

Lost the remote moving and needed to replace. Love the charging feature. No more replacing batteries. Lasts months on a single charge. Nice features as well.

Light up Roku Remote

Love it! It lights up as soon as you pick it up which was totally unexpected but VERY cool!

voice control makes it easier

i bought this remote because the remote that came with the TV was not voice. It makes it easier with voice.

Great Roku upgrade

I've been a Roku user for years, appreciating the simplistic app interface and remote design. The few things that I always hoped would be updated to the remote have been with this latest model. It features a mute button (also in some other newer remotes but not all), is rechargeable, AND has back lit buttons! Gone are the days of digging around for 2 AA batteries to replace in the remote. Instead, just grab a USB-C charger, which is becoming more standard for all devices, and charge up the remot...
