This thing is awesome

So we have two dogs and therefore lots of dog hair. Me and my wife are vacuuming at least every other day. I bought this to reduce the load and I could not be happier.

We love the Auto-Empty Dock. Unfortunately, our dogs dry dog food gibbles keeps plugging it up. Otherwise it works fantastic

It cleans well but if u have dogs that shed a lot you this might not clean as detail as you wish

I love this robot vacuum!! Also the customer service representative was so nice and kind. I called a months ago about mapping problems, She tried listening and sent me the detail instructions for fixing problem

Great product, and it is amazing to see that it actually saves a lot of our time for cleaning.

Irobot has nothing on roborock

Mapping and navigation are too notch and the floors are truly clean. Last week my wife pulled out out the mop and bucket to give the floors a deep scrub and the bucket water was barely dirty. We run our roborock vac 3x a week have 3 dogs and 2 kids on a ground floor house. Couldn't be happier

Wish the vacuum was a little stronger. Leaves pet hair in carpet on occasion. Everything else about it is great!

A beast

This vacuum by far exceeded my expectations it really does clean my floors I would highly recommend it.

One thing I really love is that there is a child lock on it! 'Rocky' does a better job that I thought he would! I usually run him in the kitchen after each meal (I have children that make lots of crumbs). Its so handy to do dishes and have him sweep and mop the floor for me. I have an area rug that I was afraid would be to high for him to get over, but he got over it; no problem!

The best vacuum robot I've ever had.

It's the best vacuum robot I've ever had. A real work simplification. Since I no longer have to worry about emptying every day. Vacuuming and sonic mopping are perfect, it mops better than my ecovacs to be honest and I can even see the cleaning route, custom the suction, water flow, cleaning time, etc in app! I have to get one for my parents.

Much smarter than our old vacuum

I love this. it really does a wonderful job. doesn't run into things or get stuck under furniture and my floors are SO clean!

I love everything about this vacuum! We have used it every single day and I am still shocked at how much dust and dirt is collected in the bin each time we use it!
