Great product!

OK. I got my reviews mixed up and put my review for the bag-free dust bin where my roborock review should have gone and vice-versa. For the bag-free dust bin - LOVE LOVE LOVE! Eco-friendly without regular bags needing to be thrown into the trash bin every few months. Have had 3 weeks now, vacuum runs everyday and haven't had to empty yet.

A time saver

This little dude is great at his job! Purchased this to help with cleaning up dog hair and to help keep dirt picked up. It works great. All hard wood floors through the house and is easy to program and maintain. I have to say that the suction, ease of use and setup with this vacuum cleaner is all very easy. I bought a roborock S6 three years ago and now decided to upgrade. This is the best vacuum for having dogs! It deep cleans really well and tracks the house much better. I love that it empties on its own and I can leave it to just do its job! Money well spent for me as I have 2 large indoor dogs!

Don’t think twice.

I was hesitant to spent this much on a vacuum. But, after 2 years of living with a golden retriever, I decided I couldn’t rely on a typical vacuum anymore. What a difference it has made! This thing saves us so much time and keeps our house looking amazing. I can’t believe I didn’t spring for a Roborock earlier.

This is my 3rd vacuum cleaner. This is the first Roborock. I have 3 dogs that shed a lot and my other vacuum would get full and stop in the middle of the floor. This one will go empty itself with no issue. We are super pleased with it so far. I let it run in the middle of the night so I wake up to a fresh-looking floor. The mapping system is also impressive. And the mopping system also works well.

I had the machine for two weeks now. It works although the mopping function doesn’t work great to tough stains. The only thing I really don’t like is having wet the mopping pad but, other than that, a great machine, The Technology is awesome and the machine does not bump into furniture and walls.

This vacuum-mopping robot is a real relief in the household. It does its job reliably and is well made. It can do everything we wanted. App control, several zones, you can also set barriers where it shouldn't vacuum. He also recognizes stairs. And carpets are also recognized and specially cleaned . So far we are very satisfied with the device overall.

Life changing!!!

I have 3 big dogs and spend so much time vacuuming. Roborock has been a game changer. My floors have never Been so clean. Worth every single penny.

So far so good exceeds expectations for my first robo vac mop.

The battery lasts for the entire cleaning even on max suction. You can thru the app use this robot in manual mode where you can move the robot around yourself over very narrow spots or set it to spot mode as well. Another awesome feature is the robot comes with a self installed mopping pad...so you can vacuum and mop at the same time. When the robot goes into a carpeted room, it not only senses carpeting, but automatically lifts the mopping mechanism so your carpet will not get wet.

I have used another Roborock S5 Max with good success, but not with auto-empty. I’m very impressed on how smart it is and how quickly it does my home. I highly recommend this unit over all the others in this price range. The laser mapping with No-Mop zones does work very well when using the mop pad.

Auto empty dock is a great idea. No more manual process. Love it!

Great vacuum, especially if you have items that tend to be left out.

This is the best robot vacuum I’ve used, and I own top models from two other major brands. This vacuum starts with the push of a button. It’s quiet enough that you can watch tv while it’s cleaning under your feet. It moves easily from wood to tile to carpet.

Been using since December. Overall it's a good vacuum. It's mopping feature works very well. It does a good job keeping our house crumb free with 2 kids. Aspects that could be improved? The self empty dock isn't great. It doesn't always work well and I find the dustbin still with dust in it. The vacuum tends to get stuck quite often. Wow! This thing actually works!

3 months of use. I am shocked and inpressed. Cleans pretty well. Set it off and it Maps the house. You get to name the areas and can give it commands (ie. Go clean the kitchen!). You can do program multiple floors. Software, while not intuitive, is good enough to Understand and use. This is not gonna replace a human who cares. Worth the money!

I absolutely LOVE this product. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and couldn’t be any happier. It mapped out my house beautifully and the app is great at letting me customize everything. I especially love that the “no-go zones” can be used to adapt to where I put my Christmas tree and that the mopping or vacuuming intensity can be specified per a particular room. The only issue I have had with the roborock is how loud the emptying dock is and that is doesn’t seem to empty everything in the cham...
