Great for daily maintenance!

I purchased an off brand robot vacuum last year when I moved into a new home with all laminate flooring. It was a huge disappointment. Great buy!

I've had the vacuum for a week, but I've been very impressed with it so far. I have 2 huskies and the vacuum handles dog hair efficiently. I was interested with the S7 MaxV but it was too expensive for me, then I went roborock website and chatted with a gentlemen. He introduced 3 models in detail and glad I went with this one as it saved me bucks and it works so well.

Can't live without it

The Roborock Q7max+ does exceed my expectations in many aspects. I do have one carpet but I don’t want the robot to run over it as I think the wheels on vacuum might soil the carpet. It’s very convenient that the app allows you to set no-go zone. So I can create a safe working space for it and keep it away from anything I don’t want it to touch. You will never want to pick up broom and dustpan after you have used the robotic once. For this price tag and the outstanding performance, it deserves 5...

Outstanding - But There Should Be Option to Purchase with Cyclone Dust Bin.

I absolutely love this robot vac. It's much better than the old Samsung SmartBot I use upstairs. I highly recommend this (note: I haven't used the mopping feature, just the vacuum)! My only quibble is there should be an option to purchase this with the cyclone dust bin (which I HIGHLY recommend). I had to buy that separately, and now I have an extra dust bin I never used and never will use.

It cleans quite well—the suction power is really great, picks up the little stuff that you didn’t even know was there. But you really need to do something to get the best map possible. First remove any obstructions on the floor, put up chairs if you can, move the dog beds for the first run, let it really map an accurate floor plan. The setup should be done by people who know how to set up WiFi on their smartphones. It works perfectly. The suction and wiping performance is perfect! Used by my grandmother, haven't had any complaints!

2 months of use. I am shocked and impressed. Setup was easy, both the physical and the app install. Cleans pretty well. The base unit is a lifesaver and amazing in its own right. Very efficient

I am using it for three weeks and it is my first robot vacuum cleaner. The mapping algorithm is good. It has a good suction . It can realize and tag the carpet and the floor so you do not need to select the areas to vacuum or mop . Remote control application is also useful. I liked the robot when I consider the cost and efficiency.
