I was scared it would be hard to install but it was easy. I like how Ring customization. I used other brand before and i think Ring is the best. I could rely on it to secure my home and my business.

I’ll be honest, we don’t use this feature very often. We use our cameras much more often than the motion sensor. It was easy to install and thus far has not needed a new battery. It can be used in conjunction with our other Ring products when the house alarm is set.

Easy to set up and add sensors to- which I did. Delay function for entry is good, but also versatile access via the app on your phone is useful too. Feel safer having the alarm system up and running, with me being a single parent to 3 young children

Liked that it was fairly easy to intall. Did not like: 1) the difficulty fiinding how to set certain features, like the enter and exit delay; and 2) there is no voice mode setting for the chime alerts (e.g. front door, back door, dining room detector, etc.)
