Doesn’t fit as labeled
Would Not RecommendThis door is advertised and labeled as 80” tall. However, the label shoes it’s 82” in one spot and the specs say it’s 81 1/2”. Lowe’s sells BOTH 80” and 82” high doors. But they insist that the door that I ordered that is LABELED 82” tall is actually the 80” tall door I ordered. It isn’t the right height. It doesn’t fit. I don’t need a custom door. Unhappy
When my contractor came to customer service to pick up this prepaid order customer service did not have it in their possession and no one in the store could find it. I called the store to find out what was going on and was put on hold for 25 minutes. Very frustrated.

poor quality
Would Not RecommendDoor was bowed, had a 1/4 inch gap at top. Staples that held on trim had to be hammered in. I thought quality should have been better.

Would Not RecommendI used to think Jeldwen meant quality. Not anymore. I wanted a fiberglass door because they hold paint better and stand up to abuse without denting like metal. I should have found another brand. Both miters weren't tight at the top and I had to set all of the staples that held the brick molding on, because they were all sticking out The screws in the hinges weren't installed straight, they were installed at an angle, so the face of the screw isn't flush with the hinge. Assembly issues
My door had several hinge issues. The two upper hinges did not align with the routed slots in the door. But that didn’t stop the machine from super screwing them in place leaving them misaligned and sprung. This door was definitely not install ready. If I didn’t have experience installing doors this could have become an ugly exercise. The quality of the door and materials was very good and if the hinges were aligned properly at the factory this would have been a quick install…and oh yeah, there...
