What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these compression couplings for reliability and leak prevention, with most reporting zero failures and repairs completed in seconds rather than minutes. The screw mechanism and wingnut design enable tool-free installation and removal, making them accessible for all users. Many reuse the couplings across multiple repairs and appreciate their effectiveness with hardened or aged tubing. Reviewers consistently rate them superior to traditional compression fittings. A few note difficulty with certain tubing sizes or improper installation can cause leaks, though these are isolated concerns. Overall, customers consider them an essential, time-saving solution for irrigation repairs.

Would RecommendI have a black 1/2 inch tubing drip line installed by the home builder. It cracked. This coupler was very simple to install and does not leak. I'm hoping of course that it lasts but so far so good.

Let them find out for themselves!
It is a very good replacement for the older type. I went back and bought more.

Easy install but leaks under water pressure
Would Not Recommendeasy to connect polyethylene tubing with simple twisting but leaks under pressure

Hard to fit over the tubing and get tightened up.
Would RecommendThey work ok if you don't have 1/2 inch fittings. I had to buy them because Lowe's only carries 5/8 inch fittings and the local hardware store was already closed. They are hard to fit over the line, but they work even when not fully or properly attached - they do stay on.
