So I made a few (well, really alot) goofs that the goof plugs would not fix (like popping a 1/4" connector in place, only to realize it was in the wrong place. Pulling it out made a bigger hole than the one-sided goof plug could plug). I cut out a small piece of the mainline and used this connector to put the two ends back together and no leaks! Would RecommendThese couplings are more expensive than other couplings but worth every penny. No need to arm wrestle connecting to the irrigation line to get it to seal. These are a fast and simple way to attach and just tighten the clamps. I've probably done at least 15 repairs in my irrigation lines while waiting to get all lines replaced. I'm glad that I learned how to do this myself vs. paying to have someone come out each time.
