Where to start? I would have sent this back, except I had torn out the old door before I discovered issues. And the weather turned cool. Arrived with 3 small dents in the exterior steel. Screws that mount hinges to the door were all installed incorrectly, at a considerable angle. The screw heads were so angled that they interfered with proper closing. I had to back all 12 screws out, then fill, then reseat the screws. The width of the jam header was nearly too narrow, less than 1/8 inch ...

Would Not RecommendThere were so many staples in it and they weren’t even flush that I had to pull some out several actually and mud it and sand it before I could paint it. I really think it’s second quality not first quality material.

All damaged doors
Would Not RecommendAll of the doors that are not in a box are damaged. I even rang the bell for help and waited 10 minutes for someone and no one answered. I had to get a door that was damaged. It is unacceptable to have to purchase a new door that is already damaged because the lack of care when placing them in the store. Even the employees when I went back to complain the next day said they are all like that.
