I like the product but not the service
Would RecommendThe door is great. Affordable and good quality. On a nothing note I had to pay an outside contractor to install my door. I had two separate estimates done by Lowe’s . The quality of service was horrible I had to call in too many times to check up behind them. They wanted me to pay for a door and full installation and in fine print the door wouldn’t be installed until a month later. Then they sent me an email saying I rejected their help, so I found another company that took great care of me and ...

Poor customer service/Poor communication
Delivery was rescheduled with no notice and still hasn't arrived.. Have called store 2 days in a row and have not gotten anything resolved, can't get management on the phone and can't get anyone in delivery department to answer the phone. Have a $2000 order sitting there that I need.

Would RecommendDoor was very well protected for shipping. Picked the door up at our local Lowe's retail store. Very affordable and on sale. My wife and I removed the old door and installed the new door in less than one day. Looks great and easy to shim and level. First exterior pre hung door I have installed. Was pretty simple with adequate instructions and pew drilled hardware holes.

Poor quality construction
Would Not RecommendPoor quality construction. Bottom plate had multiple staples that completely missed the plate which resulted in the plate coming loose from the door frame. Also, the hinges weren’t properly installed which resulted in the door being stiff to open and close.
