Crappy assembly
Brick mold falling off, staples shot in not catching, attached threshold split & falling off, door hits square on header, cut wrong. Had to rebuild jamb.

Lowes doesn't care about the quality of products.
Where to start? I would have sent this back, except I had torn out the old door before I discovered issues. And the weather turned cool. Arrived with 3 small dents in the exterior steel. Screws that mount hinges to the door were all installed incorrectly, at a considerable angle. The screw heads were so angled that they interfered with proper closing. I had to back all 12 screws out, then fill, then reseat the screws. The width of the jam header was nearly too narrow, less than 1/8 inch ...

Don't buy this door
Quality assurance in the manufacture of this door is non-existant. The reveal for the brick mold at the top of the door was 3/16 in on the right or the jam, and maybe 1/16 on the left. In several places the staples used to assemble the jam missed entirely and were sticking out. Brick mold mitre joints had large gaps. Hole for dead bolt in door did not line up with hole in jam. What should have been a 2 - 2 1/2 hr installation job took over 6 hours. I completely removed brick mold and reins...

door is good size. has rusty staples around the wood frame no description if we remove them or have to drive them in to patch them before we prime. will have to call to see if they are structural
