What Customers Are Saying
The CPVC ball valve is generally well-made and reliable, with customers praising its sturdy construction and smooth operation. However, some users experienced issues such as leaks, difficulty turning the valve, and incomplete shutoff. Compatibility with standard PVC plumbing may also be a concern, as the valve requires CPVC-specific fittings. Overall, the valve performs well when properly installed, but customers should carefully consider the potential drawbacks before purchase.

CPVC Ball Valve
Would RecommendThis cpvc ball valve was used as a replacement for an older ball valve that was leaking on a water cutoff. It was simple to install and works as it is intended.
Does not close
Would Not RecommendThis valve does not close. Water still passes through in shut off position
how easy it is to instal
Would Recommendeasy to install
Not full flow
Would Not RecommendI've had issues with ball valves binding but this one operates smoothly. However, it is not a full 1" diameter so will reduce your flow more like a 3/4" piping. Same holds true for the smaller sizes. I wish Lowes would carry full bore shut-offs.
Ideal for what I needed
Would RecommendI used this valve as a (inside ) whole house cutoff
