What Customers Are Saying
The cement color mix product is generally effective at coloring concrete, mortar, and other cement-based materials. Many customers reported achieving their desired color, such as a rich terracotta or charcoal shade. The product was praised for its ease of use, as it can simply be mixed into the cement or water before application. However, some customers noted that the color can be inconsistent or fade over time, and that it can be tricky to get the right amount mixed in. Overall, the product seems to work well for small projects, but may require some experimentation to get the right color and coverage for larger jobs.

Little goes a long ways
Easy to tint mortar too dark. Have to experiment and let it dry. Time consuming. Big improvement would be internet link to color chart of tint measure per pound of mortar.

Solid color
Would RecommendDoesn't take much to get a deep solid color. As a consequence, spills are hard to clean up.

It's crappy.
Would Not RecommendProduct was so thick it stuck in the bottle had a horrible time getting it diluted enough to get it out of the bottle. Color was very un-natural looking. Did not like using it or how it looked before or after it dried.
Does what it’s supposed to do.
Would RecommendI bought this to dye some concrete patch for repair of cosmetic chips and minor erosion in the burnt adobe block off which my house is built. By mixing gray and white cement patch and coloring it with this product, I was able to find a recipe that worked!

It’s water soluble
Would Not RecommendFollowed instructions to the letter. First light rain we had after pouring the concrete which was 3 days later… the dye literally washed out of the concrete. See picture. Went from a good almost perfect shade of matching after it dried from the initial pour to… gray. Needless to say I’m somewhat disappointed because I spent a considerable amount of time doing tests to get the color right. Used with acrylic binder and sand topping concrete for small repair. Color for cement
Would RecommendOrdered online so didn’t see the actual color. Thought buff would be a lighter, more beige color, than it is.
