Good Sealer, a real time saver.
Would RecommendGood Concrete Sealer, I've been using this for years. Down here in South Florida it helps keep the driveways and patios clean for 3 years or so. Without it, they turn gray to almost black in that period of time. We sprayed it on with a pump sprayer this time, and brushed it out with a 24" concrete brush. Much faster and probably more evenly coated than using a roller.

Used this on a freshly poured concrete slab and it worked great. Easy to apply with a roller and dried evenly with a nice clean finish. Helped seal the surface and protect the concrete while curing. Good value for the price and would definitely use it again.

Would RecommendThe Acrylic Satin Ready-to-Use Concrete Sealer was easy to use since it is a water-base product. I applied the sealer with a sprayer I had around the house. It when on easily, but as I worked a film of latex would build up on the tip of the sprayer. Not a problem, it was easy removed and continue spraying. The sealer dried over the next few hours and it could be walked on by that time. I didn't drive on it until the next day just to be sure the sealer dried thoroughly.

Disappointing Results
Would RecommendI’ve followed the directions to the letter and this sealer was a disappointment. Beginning with the application, I used a premium sprayer and it clogged after 5 minutes. It dried uneven and the overall results were less than acceptable. I’d use another product.
