Would RecommendNice simple look, but comes with drawbacks: 1.) Must pre-install the rungs before setting the stringer in place. Carrying just a 2-step with composite felt like ~70lbs. 2.) Must clamp wood to keep it from walking when fastening in place. 3.) I would not trust this relatively thin carbon steel outdoors or near saltwater environments. Recommendations for Composite: A.)
