Inter lock clip

As a Long time purdy user I am a bit disappointed the clip that holds the roller arm in place has snapped which makes the pole useless for purpose. I have been searching for replacement parts but can't find any. is the a site for spares?

2-4 foot pole

I have had Purdy products for years and I’m very disappointed with the rolling pole. It worked great for about 6 months and now it won’t stay extended. I wish there were replacement parts available

Slipping pole

I have a 4 to 8 it started slipping on me within the first 6 months No parts replacement and could not get the pole replaced pretty sad to spend the money we spend and no replacement parts or be able to exchange it for a new one and Purdy is the only tools I buy it would be nice to see someone step up and send replacement parts or a new pole.

Poor

Shocking product we are a decorating company and gone through 2 poles now will not be buying another one, tell me why you replaced the red roller poles which was great ?.

2-4' pole

I've had this pole for about 4 months. Doing ceilings is ridiculous. It keeps sliding down

4’-8’ paint pole

Purchased the Purdy power lock 4’-8’ paint pole and 3 months later it will not unlock so I cant extend the paint pole . Great pole but it didn’t last pretty frustrating

Not good quality

I used for one month and the powerlock fail causing slips and paint dump

Bring back the previous pole !

I have a few of these poles that have been in professional use for about 18 months.Within the past 2 weeks the locking pin on 2 of them broke. Any parts available?

Power lock pole

I'm a professional Decorator and bought two poles,.. after only a couple of weeks use they started to slip making painting ceilings very difficult,..the old style was much more durable.

Great features however not proving to be durable,

I own a small decorating business and in general love purdy products. I have 4 of these poles in operation on a daily basis and they have some great features. The quick lock is very handy but the best feature is the locking mechanism on the pole, allowing you to extend it to the exact length required. The durability seems to be an issue though. On one of the poles the lug on the quick connect system has sheered of rendering it useless and on another the continuous adjustment has failed so it onl...

Not fit for a professional

Bought the 2ft pole less than a year ago, it feels good quality and felt like it would last a while but the quick release metal pin snapped just by pushing on the purdy roller so now the roller falls off when i go to the roller bucket. You would expect it last longer than year considering its designed for professional's. It would be nice to be able to buy these parts for when they do break. So now i am using a cheap nasty pole.

Power Lock Broke

I have two power lock poles. The 6-12 foot power lock cracked after three years. General use for homeowner interior. I revived it with a worm clamp however this weekend it finally cracked the rest of the way. Would be nice to have replacement parts.
