What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this shower arm for raising shower head height by 9 to 11 inches and improving spray positioning, with most noting enhanced comfort and no water pressure loss. The durable chrome finish and solid construction earn frequent commendation, and installation is reported as easy by the majority using plumber's tape for leak-free results. Some customers encountered threading issues or found the curved design incompatible with recessed plumbing, and a few noted the extension insufficient for their needs. Despite these minor drawbacks, most reviewers consider it an effective solution that delivers exactly what they needed.

Would RecommendI needed just little extra hight to my shower head. This shower arm made much of a difference. So glad I went this one instead of the other ones. Now its perfect and it looks great.

Great finish, poor fit
Would Not RecommendThe shower arm finish was clear of any defects and the style was exactly what I needed, but the threads did not have the bevel to begin threading into the 90 degree drop. One end would not start and the other started, but it felt as if it was cross threading the drop. Stop right there! No sense in cross threading something in the wall. Returned it for a different brand and the other brand threaded like it should. I didn't have time to attempt second go with this brand, so I spent more mone...

Great for rain shower heads
Great quality . Works great for rain shower heads or any other larger shower heads. Gives you about 11 1/2” from wall!

Threaded wrong
The first one wouldn't even thread in, so I took it back and found one that had good threads, after I finally found one that was right, it threaded so far in the wall that the flange/scussion won't go on, thankfully I didn't force the first one in the plumbing or it would of been costly.
Hi Bobby, we are sorry to hear you has issues with installation and appreciate the feedback.

Perfect for my needs
I bought this to extend the shower head in my "box" standup shower to try and get the water to flow straight down verses peeling my eyelids back being mounted at an angle. LOWES is my bathroom needs wonderland..

Long end too short for my wall
In my shower, the straight part is too short. It starts to curve as it comes out of the wall so the cover flange will not fit flush to the wall.
Hello ScottA, We are sorry the shower arm was not for your application and appreciate the feedback.

Arm length into wall
Based on some reviews I read, I wasn’t sure this would work since the female end is recessed 1 1/2” into the wall. However, it was just perfect! Anything more and it wouldn’t have worked. So make sure you have a maximum of 1 1/2” from the wall to the female end it screws into.

Works and fits fine
Installed with no issues and works fine. I don’t get all the comments about the attaching end not being long enough. My pipe is about 3/4 inch from flush with the marble and had room to spare. Maybe those that had problems had their pipe 2” from flush.
Chrome shower arm
This shower arm is aesthetically good looking and fits the modern style of our bath and shower . It seems very sturdy and stylish . I would purchase again

Easy installation
Some reviewers had difficulty figuring out which way to install this. It has plenty of pipe to go in the wall if you install it properly. If you install it backwards it won’t, it’s as simple as that.
