Would Not RecommendI purchased this item to help clear some hair from my shower drain. After about 5 or 6 pulls, half the snake broke off and is now lodged in my shower drain. I figured maybe it was a fluke so I tried the other one from the pack and that one broke off after about 2 pulls...so now I have both snakes lodged in my drain... now I have to figure out how to get those out, in addition to the hair! Absolutely do not recommend

Would Not RecommendPut item about 3/4 of the way down the drain, tried to pull it out, it broke in half. Plastic was brittle. Had to remove the broken piece with pliers. Would not recommend or buy again. It came with two snakes and I will not risk sticking the unused one down a drain. I was very lucky to get the broken snake out without having to take apart the drain.
